Hey guys, it’s Krista with SaddleBox and in today’s video I’m going to be talking about my favorite ways t wash my horses and spread soap on them.

So if you are still using only your hands to spread soap or shampoo all over your horse, you are missing out because there are tools that will make your soap go much farther, have you spending less money on soap, and will just get the job done a lot easier than your hands.

So the first product I have – and I believe I got all of these in a Saddle Box, just so you all know. The first product I have is this really nifty little mitt. This is the one I’m going to be using in the example video I have and it is great. You just slip it on like a glove and go. Love that one.

A GREAT Way to Wash & Spread Soap on Your Horse

I also have this one, which is kind of similar, you slip it on your hand like a glove like the other one and you rub the soap in like this, and it helps it go a very long way. And then one of my favorites is just a plain old brush. You can really – if you use a circular motion – make the soap go a long way and really scrub and get in all the places that you need soap.

So I’m going to be using purple shampoo today so you can really see the difference. So with this first one I’m going to be using my fingers and my hand and then I’m going to use my little brush on this one. I’m really scrubbing, I’m even kind of using my nails here.

Okay, so as you can see, it’s that circle right there. And now using my glove – my clean glove – I’m going to go ahead and go in and spread out this one. So you can kind of already see I’m able to really move it around and make the soap go very far with this already. And this is what it looks like.

Okay, so basically this circle up here where the hair is kind of roughed up is where I spread it out with my hands, and then over here, all this area is where the soap is spread out with the glove.

Alright guys, that’s it for this video. I hope you enjoyed this tip and I’ll see you in the next one. Bye y’all!
