If you are not completely satisfied with SaddleBox, you can cancel your membership and discontinue your monthly payments at any time.
In order to cancel before you are renewed for the next shipment, just contact SaddleBox by email prior to the renewal date on the 23rd of each month.

If your membership has already renewed and you’d like to cancel the next month’s shipment, you must request cancellation by the last day of the month to be eligible for a refund.
IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL PRIOR TO THE LAST DAY OF A CALENDAR MONTH, YOU CANNOT BE REFUNDED FOR THE NEXT MONTH’S SHIPMENT.
Gift subscriptions are not eligible for refunds.
