How do I contact SaddleBox?

Our SaddleBox offices are open Monday through Friday, 9AM to 4PM EST. You can reach us by emailing [email protected]. Please allow up to 24 hours for us to respond. If it’s a weekend or a holiday, responses may take longer.

Before emailing us about when your box will arrive, please keep these things in mind:

Boxes are shipped via USPS priority mail. Your SaddleBox might take several business days to arrive.

If you have a regular subscription, your new boxes will ship on the 15th of every month.

Please note: SaddleBox accepts cancellation requests BY THE EMAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED ON THIS PAGE ONLY. Cancellation requests cannot be received by phone, social media messages, or messages to other email addresses. As well as being provided here on our website, this cancellation email address is also included in an automatically generated confirmation message that is sent to the email address you provide when you subscribe, in order for you to save the cancellation details for future reference.
