If you would like to receive a refund for the next box, you must specifically request it via email prior to the start of order processing (the 5th day of the calendar month). Refunds are unavailable for boxes after the 5th day of the month.
If you have already paid for a box, cancelling your subscription does not initiate a refund unless it is specifically requested. The box you’ve paid for will still be mailed to you.
Gift subscriptions are not eligible for refunds.
