How Do I Receive a Refund?

If you would like to receive a refund for the next month’s box, you must request it prior to the start of order processing (the last day of the calendar month). Refunds are unavailable for boxes after the last day of the month. If you have missing items or the box is damaged, we’ll be happy to help you out!
