How do I track my shipment?

If you need us to check your shipment status for you, we’re happy to help. Just send us an email and we can check your tracking link for you.

Before emailing us about when your box will arrive, please keep these things in mind:

Boxes are shipped via USPS priority mail. Your SaddleBox might take several business days to arrive.

If you have a regular subscription, your new boxes will ship on the 15th of every month.
