How do I update my credit card?

If you need to update your credit card, please email us with the name of the person who receives the subscription, and we will send you a link that allows you to enter new credit card information.

If the card you’ve provided is rejected when we try to bill you, then you will receive an email notification. Our system will try to re-bill it a few days later. If it does not work by the time your next box was scheduled to deliver, your subscription will be automatically cancelled.
